在給學(xué)生上閱讀課或布置課后閱讀作業(yè)時,教師只需講解學(xué)生理解有困難的單詞,其他生詞的詞義則可以引導(dǎo)學(xué)生通過對上下文的理解去猜測。例:Japanese students work very hard but many are unhappy. They feel heavy pressures from their parents. Most students are always told by their parents to study harder and better so that they call have a very wonderful life in the future.假定pressures是個生詞,但學(xué)生聯(lián)系上下文也不難推斷出它的詞義是“壓力”。孤立的單詞沒有實際意義可言,只有把他們放在某個特定的語境中,才具有特定意義。把詞匯與語境結(jié)合起來進(jìn)行詞匯教學(xué),有助于學(xué)生正確區(qū)分詞與詞之間的差異并正確使用它們,還可幫助學(xué)生正確識別一些新生詞,進(jìn)而達(dá)到融會貫通。
4.利用詞的搭配擴(kuò)展詞匯
【例】There has been a tendency to romanticize the accomplishments of the Group. 現(xiàn)今存在一種將該集團(tuán)的成就傳奇化的傾向。

3)連詞:答題的理性的成分,制造內(nèi)容的起承轉(zhuǎn)合,展現(xiàn)口才的邏輯質(zhì)量。有目的的積累,善用各種詞性的好詞,可以對口語表達(dá)進(jìn)行精彩的包裝。
